I have food allergies and if i take benadryl and claritin every day i find i can eat what i want without reacting, is this normal and do others do tha?

Better avoid: any food (s) that induce symptoms, but you need to define the symptoms, are they itching, rash, hives, shortness of breath that occur within minutes, or maximum hours after ingestion, or otherwise, so you need to keep a food diary. Simply taking an antihistamine and eating what you want may mask the initial warning symptoms. If in doubt, see an allergist,check aaaai.org or acaai.org 4 an allergist
