How was this temperature taken? If it was taken via scanning, it may mean your were in a cooler place, like air conditioning. If it was taken orally, it may mean you took the thermometer out too soon. If you have no other symptoms of illness, it is likely a normal variant, if it is accurate. The normal temp of 98.6 is an average temp-some are normally higher or lower than that. Good luck to you!
