Recently had a CBC, Iron Blood test, and Metabolic Panel and everything came back normal except my WBC was low, at 3.4. With everything else normal, and no prior history of illness, should I be worried about the low wbc?

8 months after being hospitalised with severe alcoholic hepatitis, my blood tests have normalised, CT scan back then normal & recent fibrosis scan within normal range. Is it safe to drink again just sensibly & moderately on occasions? Thanks.
