You can donate your corneas at any age, but it is done after you have died. At 19 live long and enjoy life!

Any age is OK to sign up for cornea donation after death, as long as you don't have hepatitis, HIV, or some other diseases. Corneas from younger people are often valued because they have more endothelial cells, which can be very helpful in treating conditions such as Fuchs' dystrophy.
