I spend 12-14 hours a day using technology. sometimes my phone and computer are so hot they feel like they are scolding my hands for long periods. can this cause skin cancer or other types of cancer?

Skin cancer is caused by too much sun or a long term irritation. Hot computers and phones need to be upgraded or wear gloves. Use speaker phone and buy a heatless computer.
