Sinusitis: The dirt taste may be coming from a post nasal drip emanating from your sinuses it could also account for your headaches and fatigue. Speak to your doctor about possibly seeing an allergist.

Get worked up,, : These symptoms and signs can mean anything, they might be early signs of high blood pressure or migraine. The dirt taste can be part of a migraine also as well as indicate seizure onset. It's wise to see your doctor or a neurologist doctor for more tests and discussion of possible migraine treatment as this seems likely. Good luck.

Hallucinations: Temporal-lobe activity caused by migraine or epilepsy can cause gustatory or olfactory hallucinations. With seizures 1st the hallucination, then the seizure, then post-ictal headache and fatigue. Duration minutes. Prolonged hallucinations more likely migraine but CAN be flurries of simple partial seizures with no motor component. Important to know. See a neurologist (not just your PCP).
