I plan to test with nat at 6 month of last possible exposure of my multiple sexual encounters if negative can i fully trust on the test and move on? can any medical condition affect reliablity of the result?

In my opinion if you test negative after 6 months I think you can safely say you don't have HIV. Were you tested for other STDs also?

A correctly done HIV NAT at six months after exposure, if negative, will rule out HIV infection. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
