Your EKG interpretation should come with an overall conclusion. You don't mention what your heart rate was on the tracing so I can't comment on your heart rhythm which is probably normal sinus rhythm. but I would conclude the following:: There is a right ventricular conduction delay or incomplete right bundle branch block.
