I was recently diagnosed with both clymidia & bilateral lower extremity cellulitis. i was prescribed a course of cephalxin 500mg 4 time/day for 14 days. if the entire course was consumed, would it have treated both conditions completely?

Unusual combination of infections and unlikely for cellulitis to involve both legs. Cephalexin may treat cellulitis, not best treatment for Chlamydia. Would suggest seeing your doc in person as both diagnosis and treatment in your case are at least questionable.
