I have right thyroid lobe cystic lesion (0.28 cm on the upper pole) and 2 left thyroid lobe complex nodules ( 0.42 cm (upper pole) and 0.61 cm (lower pole ). is this a concern?

Thyroid nodules or cysts are common. I wonder what the reason you had thyroid US done. The work up will depend on your TSH level and the nodule characteristics by ultrasound. Most of the time needle biopsy (fine needle aspiration FNA) is not considered for thyroid nodule less than 10 mm unless the nodule has characteristic features of a malignant nodule.
