A member asked:

If its been two weeks since i was exposed to a sick person. would it be safe to assume that even if i got sick too that that sickness would have passed and i wouldnt be contagious? i never had any symptoms at any time?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You did not give adequate information as to the type of sickness and nature of exposure. The information is important because different infections have different number of days between exposure and developing illness, and the nature of exposure also determines the risk of being infected. If it is COVID 19 you probably were not sick, because not all infections cause sickness.
