I have a brown spot consisting of 3 shades, primarily normal dark...ish brown around the top, slight lighter brown and a very hard to see, very dark but tiny brown spot on my leg 1.5/2 fractions of the size of a pencil eraser/1.5-3.25cm. cancerous?

Any pigmented black and brown lesion of the skin can be a melanoma if it is changing and growing in size. I would suggest that you take a photograph of this lesion now and do so once every month for 6 months, then compare the pictures for any change/s. If it is changing then it will be best to have a biopsy done to determine its nature.
