Cluster of tiny flat spots like freckles under skin on thigh, started reddish and turned light brown. is this cause for concern re skin cancer?

Spots: It's difficult to state with 100% confidence or accuracy without looking at an individual lesion, however if there is any change in size, color or shape of any lesion especially any new lesion which was not present before, it is important that you visit a dermatologist for further evaluation as it may possibly need a skin biopsy to rule out skin cancer.
