Anemia: In young woman, like yourself, most likely the cause of your anemia is related to your periods ( how is your period? Heavy?) and perhaps you are deficient in iron. However, there are many other things that can cause anemia. You should see your doctor and have some work-up done. The treatment will depend on the cause. If iron deficiency is indeed the cause here then you should take iron supplement.
