EKGS are very sensitive to correct and exact lead placement. I would rely on local interpreters who are used to looking at EKGs in people like you. Ask about how to do a family Health tree to detect if something is running in your family. As we say in Missouri- some diseases run in some families and gallop in others.

Brugada pattern may appear after a stress test, Remember that your suspicion is based on the ECG appearance poststress and it is impossible to make a determination without seeing the ECG. The cardiologist who performed the stress test is the one likely to help you the most. Good luck.
