unless your friend is an identical twin bones will not be the same. There are standard anthropometric techniques to measure bones exactly to check. Discuss with your Dr. and go to Wikipedia and read about anthropometric techniques. They will differ by ethnicity and tribe even. Say pygmies vs Bantu vs Masai.
