I have a kyleena iud. i recently turned 40 and was wondering how long would it be safe for me to continue using kyleena? are there any benefits to continue using it or any 'new' risks now that i'm 40? i still have a light period each cycle?

You should keep it if you want to avoid pregnancy provided this one is still effective (less than 5 years). There is no new risk when you get older and you have been tolerating it.
