Sorry but the CBC is just a screen for hematological function and does not uncover whatsoever, the myriad functions of the immune system.

A CBC would provide meaningful information in cases of very severe immune deficiency that may be manifested by marked reduction in the lymphocyte content. It is not a test for usual immune deficiency.
