A member asked:

How long i can still take cerrazette pill(opp suitable for breast feeding mothers) and now i stopped breast feeding 3months ago?

Minipill use: It is preferred if you use a Progesterone only minipill for contraception that you are breast feeding every 2-4 hours to maintain its effectiveness. If not, then switch to a combination ocp for best protection frm pregnancy if you are able to use this . If you cannot use a combination ocp, then the Progesterone only pill is ok combined with backup contraception such as condoms.
