Absoutely!: Your system will do everything to give the best to your newborn. If you are not getting enough of all the different vitamins in your diet, it will steal them out of your tissues and bones to get some for the baby. It is difficult to get everything you need at this point just from your diet, so a vitamin is a must so you don't long-term weaken your body and bones. Take to boost both you and baby!

Yes, but give vit D : Vitamin d does not get into breast milk, so give drops to the baby.
