I have been having severe ovulation pain every month that lasts for a few days and is accompanied by diarrhea and headaches. i just want to know if this is something serious or it this is normal. i normally spot when i ovulate as well?

All the symptoms you mentioned can be observed before or after ovulation time but severe pain is uncommon. Mild abdominal or back pain is usually described. If this severe is new, you should visit a GYN doc for a better advice.
