Hydromorphone: You will have to speak to your physician to obtain a prescription if it is thought this is the best treatment for your headaches. It is a very highly controlled substance, and "in general" opiates are not first line treatment for cluster headaches.

See your doctor: There are different treatment for cluster headaches. Narcotic therapy is not the first line treatment for cluster headache. You would need a comprehensive evaluation of your headache before any treatment can be rendered. Please see your doctor and discuss your headache with him/her.
