Such symptoms suggest an infection in the outlet which may have many causes. I would seek out your doc and get examined/have testing done. Treatment would be based on those findings, not the symptoms.

Number of times one urinates depends on many things eg fluid intake, medicines, temperature, nervousness and others. The best thing is to cut down on your fluids eg tea /coffee/alcohol and if not better see your MD
