Masturbation does not cause bed wetting (nocturnal enuresis). If you have this problem since childhood (primary nocturnal enuresis) you may inherited the gene from your parents. If you have just had this condition recently, you need to see a doctor for ruling out obstructive sleep apnea. Nocturnal or sleep enuresis is a disease so there is no shame about it. You should visit a urologist for help.

Masturbation does not cause bedwetting. Ejaculation effectively shuts off the flow of urine. More concerning is "I don't want to kill myself." Please proceed to your physician's office or urgent care to discuss. Best wishes and hope you find the right care.
