Those 2 red pills 44617 also contain acetaminophen 325 mg each; so you took a total of 2,650 mg of Acetaminophen which is a huge dose but not a toxic dose. By PDR: Adult: Toxicity is likely to occur with a single ingestion above 250 mg/kg or above 12,000 mg over a 24-hour period. Next time, remember the maximal therapeutic dose dose is 1,000 mg every 6 hours.
