I need prescription for pain medicine?

Contact your treating physician for such requests. This is a public information site where volunteer docs offer to answer health questions. It does not offer scripts/notes or other direct care. Docs who prescribe to patients they have not evaluated can lose their license or have it restricted.

If a physician made that determination that you need pain medicine, that physician or office will be able to help you, otherwise based on just a request you will not be able to get pain meds due to scrutiny and high potential for abuse.

"Pain medications", such as narcotics or opioids are highly controlled substances, and are followed closely by State Boards of Medical Examiners. Physicians are closely monitored to avoid duplicate prescriptions, abuse, overdoses, and inappropriate use. Your request for pain medication would not be agreed upon by any other than your own physician.
