You don't mention whether bowel movements are painful. Possibilities include anal fissure,a thrombosed hemorrhoid( which is very painful), or perianal dermatitis. Do keep hydrated. Bathe in hot water or apply hot water compresses to anus a few times per day& apply anusol. Glycerin rectal suppositories avoid painful BM's. For accurate diagnosis and best care see a proctologist or colorectal surgeon
