Are there medications that can increase the wbc count?

This depends entirely on how low the count is and the cause. When the neutrophil count is dangerously low, usually due to chemotherapy for a malignancy or following bone marrow transplant, there are drugs that can raise it. Otherwise, probably no treatment is necessary or available. Discuss with your doctor.
