Please see the baby’s pediatrician for advice and an exam. Rice cereal can be constipating and isn’t generally recommended at this age. Depending on the formula, some produce fewer bowel movements than others. Breast fed babies typically have looser more frequent stools. There may be other reasons for the screaming which is another reason to see the pediatrician.
