The rate is easily explained by your stated stress over what might happen. Drink some Chamomile tea and try to relax. This should pass when you do. It is not suspicious for some pending disaster.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You may take acetaminophen if you have any aches or fever. No more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol. It is good that you took both shots. Wish you good health!
