A member asked:

Suffering from idiopathic rls, looking for alternative treatment so came across mucuna pruriens (cowhage) which reportedly used for parkinson's as well. is there any harm in trying the same for rls? can it be effective to an extent, if not fullly?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Did research this "supplement" and it is touted to do lots of good, but there is no objective proof of any value other than manufacturer claims. Do not even know if it is safe. It is your choice, but doubt it will help your RLS. I think you will be wasting your money. Discuss with your doctor, and see of opinions might be useful.
