Im taking combined oral contraceptive pills since april 2021. now i have colds/clogged nose, will it be just fine if i take medicine to treat my colds? can the coc pills still be effective & protect me, even if i take meds to treat my clogged nose?

It's fine to use decongestant whole on Birth control, and no, it will not alter efficacy. You can also try intranasal sprays which may work much better and certainly don't interfere with your meds. May your nose breath easier after this answer!
