I wouldn't think so. Most are ethyl alcohol ( the stuff some people like to drink). There are some of other kinds of alcohol or other additives but the amount of exposure listed does not suggest there would be a problem.

The amount of alcohol, of any type, that may be in the hand sanitizer is not likely to affect your health from the exposure you described. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

You should be fine. That small amount even if ingested should not cause any problems. If you’re not feeling well, have persistent vomiting, or any change in your wakefulness, please contact your doctor.
