Finished cipro 500mg x2- 7 days for epididymitis, the constant dull pain i had is gone but there is pain when i touch my left testicle still. will this go away? do i need to seek more treatment? should i continue refraining from sex, alcohol and gym?

It takes about 6-8 weeks for swelling to resolve. It will help if you wear a good scrotal support. You can resume alcohol. Sex when you are not sore in the area. Avoid heavy lifting till the pain and swelling are gone.
