Good day dr.i have sharp unbearable pain,on the right side of my abdomen feels like i swalloed a hot charcoal, they seem to be stemming from my stomach,i have had an ulcer before but don't understand why it's recurring as i had had treatment before?

Ulcers: Peptic ulcer disease is chronic and may recur many times. Other possibilities cannot be ruled out and your best resource remains your treating GP who can further coordinate. Ulcers can perforate and bleed and timely assessment is critical. If unable to communicate an urgent care center or ER would be appropriate in these circumstances.
