A member asked:

What does it mean if fasting glucose is 101, but a1c is 5.1?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. TRUC DAO answered

it means you had a big meal the day before. A1c=5.1 is super good, far from the max of normal which is 5.7. Diabetes starts at A1c=6.5
