"Oval asymmetry" referring to a mammogram report is possibly a reference to a lipoma or a breast cyst. If ultrasound was done, and color doppler used to determine vascular changes, this may require biopsy. The mammorgram should have been a digital one, but if followup is indicated, an MRI may be helpful to be certain of the diagnosis.
