Nobody needs to drink alcohol. At age 20 years the chances you have the typical angina is very unlikely, you may want to have doctor check you to make sure you do not have another serious heart disease that may require prompt attention rather than taking medication for anti-angina so you could drink something that your body does not need.

It is very likely that you are deficient in an enzyme needed for metabolism of alcohol. The enzyme deficiency affects about 25% of east asians. You should not drink alcohol. If you do your symptoms will recur and cause damage to you internal organs. Visit this for info: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6875787/ Please overlook the use of term, "Mongoloid"
