Fatigue following acute infection is very common in "Long COVID" syndromes. We do have medications to treat fatigue associated with other medical conditions, and one or the other may be helpful. Would suggest you discuss with your doctor and start an interventional product. This offers a potential of improved energy and stamina, but is symptomatic relief.

Eat a healthy diet, ensure that there is no anemia or other cause and rest. Fatigue is a common post COVID 19 symptom. Please see your physician and watch for respiratory difficulty.
