Go to an MD or ER. Diarrhea can have various causes: food-born bacteria, viruses, allergy-triggering substances, even cancer and emotional stress. If it is short-lived and responds to clear liquids, it can be benign. However, if one cannot easily keep up with the loss of fluid due to the diarrhea, dehydration can occur; or, if one has pain or vomiting, it could signal a bowel obstruction.

"Naturally"? You mean like doing an Indian rain dance or drinking horse urine? (People did, you know). The MOST natural way is to do nothing and just get over it. Before modern medicine, when all people HAD was "natural," they died a lot of "natural" deaths. Erase "natural" from your mind. It's misleading you. Join the 21st century. "Natural" is meaningless.
