My cousin sister is 14 year old, she will be 15 year in october. and her height is 155cm. she got mense when she was 12 year old. now can she grow 5 cm more? please reply?

Maybe/not. Females generally stop growing taller 3 years after first menses but can if the growth centers in her long bones remain open. An x-ray of her wrist/hand shows a site where growth plates can be seen & evaluated. If closed she is done if open, more height is possible. If she grew less than 3 cm in the past year she is near the end of growing taller.
