Maybe/not. Females generally stop growing taller 3 years after first menses but can if the growth centers in her long bones remain open. An x-ray of her wrist/hand shows a site where growth plates can be seen & evaluated. If closed she is done if open, more height is possible. If she grew less than 3 cm in the past year she is near the end of growing taller.
