The simple answer is that the first pregnancy and subsequent delivery have "rearranged and expanded" the pelvic cavity to allow more space for rectal expansion without constriction. Secondly, your 7 week pregnancy has not yet put any pressure on the rectum as it will at a later date in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
