Fluid discharge from penis is urine, secretions of the glands and ejaculate. There is no powdery stuff coming out of the penis. Ejaculate can be the color of powder. It should not make the penis 'weak'. If it does not recur dont worry you will be fine. If it does you need to see a Urologist.
