Had sex with my husband( may have had a yeast infection took difluc.)three days later he had a round flat spot on lower shaft of penis. had sex 3 weeks later and he got another one on the head. first one has faded since. no other symptoms. balantis??

Yeast infections can be passed back and forth between partners. In men it generally involves the head of the penis and foreskin if there's one. Balanitis causes the head of the penis to be red,irritated and itchy. I haven't seen one affect the penis shaft. I recommend treating him with antifungal ointment&you taking another course of diflucan. Abstain from intercourse until you're both cleared.
