Information provided is worrisome and going to nearest Emergency department by calling 911 will be safe. if you are on medicines for high blood pressure, please do not take those. if dehydrated, drink liquids like lemonade, chicken broth, iced tea. soup, water. There can be many reasons for your condition. Get in touch with your doctor who will know the reason in you. I wish i could help you more.

If accurate measurement, timely medical attention will be needed. There are many possibilities for hypotension, some early life threatening conditions among many others and iv fluids are usually used first in order to stabilize BP, that’s why a local ER visit would be optimal.
