While median survival time is commonly listed at 6 to 9 months, I have seen survivors as well as patients declining even faster. There are more variables involved, from performance status, comorbidities to actual spread and mutations found that will be amenable to newer treatments. Your oncologist remains your best reference as discussing prognosis in your current context.
