Plain abdomen x-rays: Show gas pattern, calcifications, bones, and some solid organs. Brief description of your symptoms suggest problem with stomach or gallbladder. Ugi series will show any thing that displaces barium contra, st inside the stomach and duodenum, and how they move the barium along. You might need further tests such as ultrasound to look at gallbladder and liver. Stick with your doctor's advice.
