The vaccine is necessary, even if you have had Covid. The antibodies produced from the vaccine are likely to protect you longer than the antibodies produced from the infection. There is no evidence that the side effects are worse in people who have had Covid-those that I have vaccinated had few if any side effects. So, get your vaccine as soon as your doctor says you can! Best of luck to you!

Get the vaccine. It will protect you from more strains than the natural infection may. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!
