This is difficult to answer without more details-like how high is your heart rate going? If it is varying but remains under 100, it is likely normal. Heart rates do vary within the normal range of 60-100. If your heart rate is significantly above that range, and you are having symptoms like feeling your heart racing, shortness of breath, chest pain, etc. then see a doctor for further evaluation
