Fatigue: A heart rate of 77 (normal range < 90) is considered normal. Fatigue can be caused by many different issues including lack of sleep or poor sleep hygiene, thyroid problems, stress/depression or other psychological problems. If these symptoms continue, it would be advisable to talk to your doctor for further advice.
